Cytobank lets you filter your view of the Experiment Inbox in several ways:

    • All experiments displays all experiments you have permission to view. This includes experiments to which you have full access, experiments to which you have limited access (shared with you via projects), and all public experiments. It also includes all experiments that you have archived (designated with an "A").
    • My active experiments displays "All experiments" but excludesall experiments thatfor which you are the PR (ie, experiments you have archived.uploaded, or ones for which the PR was changed to you).
    • MyShared experimentswith me displays experiments tothat whichother youusers have fullshared access.with Ityou, excludeseither experimentsdirectly toor whichvia you have limited access, public experiments, and experiments that you have archived.projects.
    • My uploadedPublic experiments displays experiments that you have uploadedbeen made public (shared with all users on Cytobank.org or cloned.all Itusers excludeson experimentsyour thathosted/deployed youCytobank have archived.server).
    • Archived experiments displays experiments that you have archived. (Note that this includes only experiments that you have archived and does not include any experiments that might have been archived by another user.)
    • Public experiments displays experiments that have been made public (shared with all users on Cytobank.org or all users on xlab.cytobank.org if you are using a hosted version).
    • Trash displays any experiments that you have deleted. (If you are the uploader for an experiment, and the PR is someone else, and the PR deletes the experiment, you will see that experiment in your Trash folder - and vice versa.)

You can see the number of experiments for each category in parentheses after the filter name.
