- You can download FCS files from an experiment, unadulterated. Go to the experiment summary page and click "Download Files".
- You can download each FCS file as .txt one-by-one by clicking on the event count next to the filename. This is in the "Experiment Summary" screen, in the "FCS Files" table.
- You can download a tab-delimited events file for a single FCS file. Go to the experiment summary page, click on "details" next to any FCS file listed, and click "Download Tab-Separated Events File" from the details page.
- You can download a tab-delimited table of statistics for your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Table of Statistics".
- You can download a tab-delimited table of events for your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Table of Events".
- You can download a zip file of gated FCS files from your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Gated FCS files." Note: you will exported FCS files gated for whatever population(s) is selected in the illustration.
