An example of titration of two cytokines using healthy human peripheral blood. The cytokines IL-2 and IL-4 were titrated and the associated phospho-proteins p-STAT5 and p-STAT6 measured. The staining panel also included CD4-FITC, CD8-PE, and CD3-PerCP.
