We have noted an issue when working with tailored gates in large experiments. After tailoring gates within the gating applet, clicking Save and Return does not work properly, and the tailored gates are not saved.

This issue can be fixed by increasing the memory allocated for Java applets.

For users running later versions of Java (Version 6 Update 10 and later), we will be updating Cytobank to automatically increase the memory allocation for Java applets. This fix will be included in Cytobank 2.4 (estimated release May 2, 2011).
