Coming soon- Add information about the experiment conditions by clicking on the blue Conditions button in the figure dimensions section. A "Conditions" box will appear.
- Click on the "Click to Edit" button to get to the condition annotations.
- In the "Create conditions" text area, type Unstim, Stim and click Add.
- Under "Select a condition", each condition tag will now have its own tab. "All Conditions" will be selected by default, and you should see columns for "Untagged", "Unstim", and "Stim". Cytobank tries to assign tags based on the FCS filename and the FCS sample name field.
- Check that all the files look like they are in the correct columns. They should be. If they aren't, drag-and-drop the offending files into the correct columns.
- If you want, you can rename the conditions. To do so, click on the Unstim tab; now you should see columns for "Untagged" and "Unstim". Rename "Unstim" to "Unstimulated" by clicking next to the Unstim directly under the tabs and above the "Delete" link; a text field will appear. Use the text field to type in Unstimulated and press Enter. (Yes, you could have typed "Unstimulated" into the "Create conditions" area, but Cytobank wouldn't have automatically sorted the "Unstim" files into the "Unstimulated" panel in that case.)
- When you feel that everything is sorted correctly, click on Return to Illustration.
- You will see the experiment summary page. The condition tags you just created will be in the "Conditions" box.
