Coming soon- Add information about the experiment timepoints by clicking on the blue Timepoints button in the figure dimensions section. A "Timepoints" box will appear.
- Click on the "Click to Edit" button to get to the timepoints annotations.
- In the "Create timepoints" text area, type Unstim, 1 min, 2 min, 4 min, 8 min, 12 min, 16 min and click Add.
- Under "Select a timepoint", each timepoint tag will now have its own tab. "All Timepoints" will be selected by default, and you should see columns for the tags you created. Cytobank tries to assign tags based on the FCS filename and the FCS sample name field.
- You'll need to move the "Unstimulated" files into the "unstim" tag. Click and drag them into the "unstim" column.
- Check that all the other files look like they are in the correct columns. They should be. If they aren't, drag-and-drop the offending files into the correct columns. Note that the "unstained" file should stay in "Untagged".
- When you feel that everything is sorted correctly, click on Return to Illustration.
- You will see the experiment summary page. The condition tags you just created will be in the "Timepoints" box.
