No.  The annotations or "labels for the dimensions" are at the experiment level so it affects all illustrations associated with an experiment.  Let's say you have file A tagged as 0 min and make illustrations X and Y.  If you remove the tag of 0 min from file A it will affect both illustration X and Y.
