While we don't allow you to save gating templates as "Kits," you can indeed import a gating scheme from another experiment to which you have access. To do this, enter the gating applet from the Illustration page of the new experiment to which you wish to apply existing gates. In the upper left corner of the screen, choose the experiment from which you want to import the gating structure, and click the "Import" button.
