Cytobank sorts files into three types when an experiment is uploaded. These types are reflected on the channel annotation page: experiment files, compensation files, and other controls.

You can move a file from the experiment files category by selecting it, choosing the new type from the drop-down menu below the file list, and clicking on "Move file(s)". Similarly, you can move a file from another type into the experiment files type the same way.

Open and close the "Experiment Files" panel by clicking on the little arrow to the left of the "Experiment Files" title.
