Cytobank provides a table where you can identify which reagents were used on which channels.
To edit a reagent, click on the text under "Reagent" next to the channel you want to modify. A text editing cursor will appear. If necessary, delete the existing text, and type the new text. When you press "Enter", the new text will be uploaded.
Any new panels created after this that use files from the panel you edited will pick up the edited text.
If you used the same reagent for a channel in all the experiment files, it is helpful to set those up in "Panel 1" before splitting your files into panels. Then your new panels will pick up the edited reagents as defaults.
This should have a reference to the tutorial that shows how to edit reagents when it is available.
