Watch the video
- Annotate the staining panels by clicking on Annotate Staining Panels in the channels box. A new page will appear.
- In the "File Categorization" area, you will see a list of experiment file names starting with "1-2) U937 Unstim". Scroll down and make sure they go through "2-8) U937 IL6" and "0) U937 Unstained".
- Scroll down the page to the "Panel Assignments" area. The files will be organized into two groups based on the antibodies/proteins that were used. For this experiment, "Panel 1" refers to samples stained with p-STAT6-Ax488 and p-STAT1-Ax647 , "Panel 2" refers to samples stained with p-STAT3-Ax488 and p-STAT5-Ax647 and "Panel 3" refers to the unstained sample
- [Optional] Double clicking on the panel names will allow you to rename them.
- Scroll to the top of the page and click Return to Illustration.
