Cytobank is not currently certified to store patient information.  Typically, users identify their samples with a unique id (e.g. HM3223) that can be looked up in systems that are only accessible and known to that user. 

Hosted/customized versions of Cytobank can be configured for a tighter integration with clinical systems.  Contact us at helpdesk@cytobank.org if this is an interest.
