- It can also be useful to export the statistics/aggregate measures calculated in the illustration. Go to the experiment summary page and click on Edit next to the saved illustration "U937 heatmap view". Click on OK when the prompt comes up indicating that this will replace your "Working Illustration".
- Cick on Export Table of Statistics. This will export the table of values shown in an illustration as a tab delimited text file.
- You will be prompted to open the file or save it to your desktop. Open the tab-delimited file in Excel for further analysis.
