To activate a compensation matrix, select it from the Active Compensation pull-down menu. Note that you must do this prior to drawing gates if you want your gates drawn on compensated samples. If you do not have file-internal compensation and need to create a compensation matrix, click on the New Compensation link on the far left of the webpage.
