Click on the experiment you want to share in the experiment inbox.  In the experiment summary page, look for the section called "Sharing Permissions."  Start typing the name of the person you want to share your experiment with in the textbox titled "Add Full Access User."  A list of names will appear under the textbox as you are typing.  For example, typing "Ba" will show you all users with "Ba" in their name.  Select the person you want to share with and hit enter. 

You can verify that you have shared by going back to the experiment inbox, clicking on the experiment you just shared and checking to see if that person's name appears in the sharing permissions section.
