Open the dimension editor by clicking "Edit" within the dimension box on the illustration page.

Click on the tab for the the dimension member you want to edit.  The bold black text can be clicked and edited.  Click the bold title (e.g. "Unstimulated"), type the new name, and then press Enter.

Once you are done, click "Return to Illustration" in the upper left.
