From the Illustration page, click on the "Layout Placeholders" tab. Click and drag column or row text headings and drop them in the desired position. You can also click and drag to rearrange plot row and column order from within the Illustration tab itself, but you will find Layout Placeholders easier to use due to the condensed graphical representation.
