Note that any gates you draw are automatically applied to all files in the experiment. To tailor a gate for a specific file, select the gate either by clicking on the drawn gate or by clicking on the name of the gate under the List of Gates. Then click the radio button called Tailored Gate in the lower right of the gatting applet page. From now on, any changes you make to the gate will only be made for the particular file you are currently viewing. For a quick view of how the gates look across all files, click the Check Gates button and a new page will open displaying all file plots and the current gate.
