  • Experiment name labels are like tags. You can use them in the Experiment Inbox to organize your experiments.

For example, you might want to label several of your experiments "leukemiawork". hen, to call up just those experiments, you can use the search box to find experiments tagged with the "leukemiawork" label. You can also click on the label name next to any experiment or within the blue "My Labels" box on the left side of the inbox page, and only experiments with that label will be displayed. Your labels can have spaces and other characters in them, such as "CD3+ antibody tests".

Once you create a label, you can attach it to an experiment by clicking on the checkbox next to the experiment name in the Experiment Inbox, selecting the desired label from the drop-down list near the top, and clicking on "Apply Label". You will then see the label next to the experiment name in the Experiment Inbox, on the experiment summary page, and in the header on the illustration page.

To remove a label from an experiment, click on the "x" next to the label on the Experiment Inbox.
