  • Warning!  Any small text difference between channel names will be interpreted by Cytobank as a different panel.  For example,  if you collected 10 files and for 5 of them you labeled the channels CD3-FITC, CD4-PE, CD8-PerCP, and p-ERK-Ax647 and for the other 5 you labeled the channels CD3-FITC, CD4-PE, CD8-PerCP, and p-ERK1/2-Ax647, Cytobank would find two Staining Panels and put the 5 files onto each of them.  Even though you measured the same things in all the files, Cytobank sees "p-ERK-Ax647" as different from "p-ERK1/2-Ax647" and assigns the files to two different staining panels.  To fix this, click the button to Resolve Channel Conflicts from within the Channels Figure Dimension and choose to assign one consistent file name to all samples.
