On the illustration page, the lower area has two options: the Layout Placeholders tab and the Illustration tab. The Illustration tab is where plots of your data will appear. Modify these plots using the plot controls on the left. Modify which data appear in the plots with the dimension controls at the top.

If you have many files in your experiment, it may take a little while for all of the plots to be drawn in the Illustration tab.
