On the experiment summary page, the illustrations area includes this information:
- Name: the name of the illustrations available to you for this experiment. If you have access to edit this illustration, then clicking on this link will give you the option of making this illustration your Working Illustration. If not, clicking on this link will take you to the Print View for the illustration.
- Edit: If the illustrations are available to you to edit--for example, if you have full access to the experiment--then you will see an "Edit" button next to the name of the illustration. If you click here, you will get the option of making this illustration your Working Illustration.
- Print View: This link will take you to the Print View for the illustration by opening it in a new tab or window (depending on the defaults set in your browser).
- PDF: This link will open a new tab or window (depending on the defaults set in your browser) to load a PDF version of the illustration. Then the illustration will be brought up in the PDF reader that is set in your browser--usually Adobe Acrobat for a computer running Windows, and Preview for a Mac.
- Delete: If you have permission to delete the illustration, there will be a delete button.
- Author: This is the name of the user that created the illustration. It includes the author's gravatar and has a link to the author's profile.
- Created: The date (or, if it was done today, the time) that the illustration was first created.
- Updated: The date (or, if it was done today, the time) that the illustration was last changed.
- Create/Reset Working Illustration: This button allows you to create a Working Illustration if one doesn't exist or to reset it to a state with no annotations or gates.
