The software has tried to automatically assess information that you provided about your experiment and calculated a MIFlowCyt compliance score; a value between 0 and 100%, (also shown as zero to five stars). Data analysis contributes with 20% to the total score. What does MIFlowCyt require for Data Analysis and how is the score calculated Sharing data is considered absolutely essential and therefore, you will get no score at all if you fail to provide FCS files. Regarding details about data analysis, MIFlowCyt asks for details about compensation, data transformation and gating. You can get a full score in two different ways:

Either analyze your data directly in FlowSite (use Gate from the Populations box in Figure dimensions in your illustration) or

Share data analysis details by uploading a standard gating description (Gating-ML) or a proprietary project/workspace file from a third-party software tool. BD FACSDiva files, FlowJo work spaces and FCS Express layouts are currently supported. You can upload these as Attachments from the Experiment overview page.
