What does MIFlowCyt require for Experiment Overview and how is the score calculated

• Experiment Variables - these are attributes that differ between samples within an experiment due to pre-existing differences or due to experimental manipulation of the samples; typical examples include dosages, time points, conditions, individuals, and sample types that are accessible from your illustration. The algorithm considers whether experimental variables have been provided.
• Organization - at least one organization should be assigned and both name and address properly provided in order to get full score for this part.
• Primary Contact - full name and email address of the primary researcher should be provided in order to get full score for this part.
• Date or time period of the experiment - the algorithm considers both, the starting date and the end date. Go to Edit Experiment to edit these dates.
• Conclusions of the experiment - the algorithm considers whether conclusions are provided and whether they looks reasonable. Go to Edit Experiment if you need to improve your score by adjusting conclusions of your experiment.
• Quality control measures - the algorithm considers whether quality control measures are described; partial score may be assigned if a referenced QC experiment is provided. Again, these details can be adjusted in the Edit Experiment section.
  
• Other Relevant Experiment Information - this is not considered for the score calculation since it is optional according to MIFlowCyt.
