The Plot Scales panel allows you to specify scale settings for each channel and apply them to your illustration. Note that this may change any settings you set while editing your populations.

If you can't see the Plot Scales options, click on the little right arrow to the left of "Plot Scales" to make it point down; that will open the Plot Scales panel.

Scales are editable by clicking on the scale name, such as "Linear"; a drop-down menu of available scales will appear. Select the new scale and click OK. More information on the arcsinh transform is available here

Scale arguments, min, and max are editable by double-clicking on the numeral to get a text edit field; type in the new number and press Enter and the field will be updated. NOTE: if you do not press Enter, the field will not be updated.

Reset all scale elements to their defaults by clicking on "Reset All".
