- In the "Getting Started!" box near the top of the page, click on Here in "To get started analyzing your data on Cytobank follow the link below to your 'Working Illustration...'. This will take you to the illustration page.
- If you scroll down the page, you should see a set of plots showing forward scatter vs side scatter for all your FCS files.

In order to analyze your data, you need to complete the following four steps:
- Check staining panel annotations to ensure (or enter) the proteins measured in your experiment
- Identify your populations of interest by drawing and checking your gates.
- Specify additional information about your experiment by annotating the experimental conditions
- Organize your annotations to create a figure that conveys your results.
