Cytobank provides multiple ways to export data from your experiment, in addition to creating a print view or a PDF of your illustration.
You can download FCS files from an experiment, unadulterated. Go to the experiment summary page and click "Download Files".
You can download each FCS file as .txt one-by-one by clicking on the event
count next to the filename. This is in the "Experiment Summary" screen, in
the "FCS Files" table.
You can download a tab-delimited events file for a single FCS file. Go to the experiment summary page, click on "details" next to any FCS file listed, and click "Download Tab-Separated Events File" from the details page.
You can download a tab-delimited table of statistics for your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Table of Statistics".
You can download a tab-delimited table of events for your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Table of Events".
You can download a zip file of gated FCS files from your illustration. Go to the working illustration page and click "Export Gated FCS files." Note: you will exported FCS files gated for whatever population(s) is selected in the illustration.
