Cytobank users have uploaded data from more than 30 different cytometer models, including models from BD Biosciences, DVS Sciences, Beckman Coulter, Sony/iCyt, Millipore, Miltenyi, Apogee, Partec, and Life Technologies. In general, we support files that are in FCS 2.0 or FCS 3.0 format.
