If you have selected an element in a dimension that has no data, Cytobank can't draw a plot for that. Where a plot can't be drawn, you should see an X.
For example: if you have 8 conditions, one of which is empty, designated as columns, and 2 channels designated as rows, and one gate as table 1, then a histogram overlay will show 7 histogram overlays and one X where the empty condition is. A heatmap will show an X in each square that relates to the empty condition. Contour plots will have an X for each plot that relates to the empty condition.
