    A Kit experiment is a standardized experiment where gates can be drawn on collected file data based on a standardized, pre-configured template, assuming the same reagents were used in an experiment that is being compared to the Kit template. Assigning a Kit descriptor to an experiment automatically populates the gates for that experiment based on the gating template within the Kit. For example, assigning the T-cell kit to your experiment would result in the automatic generation of the hierarchy of gates including Intact Cells, CD3+ cells, CD4+ cells, and CD8+ cells.
